A Great Zinfandel
The new kid on the block in the shop is a Zinfandel that is no stranger to wine making history. Seghesio Sonoma County Zinfandel is made of grapes sourced particularly from the Dry Creek and Alexander valley vineyards. The vines were first planted in 1895 in Sonoma County by Eduardo Seghesio where he planted his “Home Ranch”. The 2012 Sonoma County Zinfandel, a succulent “fruitmonster” is certain to set off your taste buds. Chateau du Donjon , a full bodied rose’ is great alone of mixed with sparkling water for a fantastic wine spritzer. Wine spritzers are a great by the pool or on the patio during those sweltering days of Summer. Lastly Allure Peach Moscato is a favorite for its price and its pleasingly fresh taste.
