The world looks better through rosé colored glasses. With rose’ consumption on the rise in middle Tennessee it’s quickly becoming a go-to refresher. It’s dry and delicious….. a single sip is never enough.
This is an excellent opportunity to see how wine can vary from one year to the next. The 2013 has a powerful Syrah component that makes it darker and more full bodied. While the 2014 vintage is paler with an assertive finish. The 2014 blend, pictured on the left is comprised of Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault and Rolle. – What’s in Your Glass?
